Landfall Update

This month we’re delivering a fresh shipment of updates across our suite of products. We continually evaluate our products and make enhancements based on customer and employee feedback. We hope you find these changes helpful and, as always, we welcome your opinions and feedback.

A quick roundup of this month’s changes:

We made notes more versatile

Users now have the ability to edit and archive reservation and guest notes. The reservation screen will also show how many associated active notes there are.

It’s now easier to split reservations, even within the same accommodation type

Users can now split existing reservations and manage rate changes or overrides from one screen.

Check housekeeping status right on the calendar

If a property has the housekeeping module activated, the calendar will now clearly show if the room is clean or dirty.

View occupancy and availability at a glance

The “14 Day Outlook” section on the dashboard now has an added availability tab so users can view how many rooms/beds remain at a glance.


Other Updates:

  • iCal channel links added to the channel mapping view of “Distribution”
  • Ukrainian language added to the booking engine
  • House accounts will hide “closed” accounts by default
  • Cell phone field added to the reservation export list
