Product Updates September 2017

Every month, we roll out a whole bunch of product updates that add new features, speed things up, and generally make everything run smoother.

Here’s what’s changed:

Additional Guest Fields

On all pages where users can enter and view guest information (create a reservation screen, guest page, or guests tab on the reservation), you can now add: Birth Date, Type of Document, Document Number, Document Issue Date, Document Issuing Country, and Document Expiration Date.

Vietnamese, Swedish and Norwegian Languages Added to the Booking Engine

Your booking engine can now display text in Vietnamese, Swedish, and Norwegian. To make it appear on the booking engine, you will need to add the language in “Mybooking Settings”.

Sorting By Guests

You can now sort by guests on the Arrivals Report, Departures Report, and the In-House Report.

Email Delivery Log

We added an email delivery log which tracks activity of emails sent from property account to the guest email inbox that shows the following:

  • To (email address)
  • Subject
  • Reservation ID
  • Date Sent
  • Status (Sent, Delivered, Failed)
  • Email Preview

System Notifications Preferences

Users can now decide who receives certain system emails (e.g. new reservations, cancellations, modifications, etc.). Users have the option to send system emails to Staff (existing users) and any other email addresses. You can update these permissions in Property Setup under “System Email Notification Preference.
