How Properties Communicate With Their Guests – Infographic

How you communicate with your guests has a huge factor in the overall guest experience. We reached out to our clients and asked them how they approach pre and post stay customization, as well as if and how they customize each guests’ stay.

The results were interesting. Most properties send pre-arrival emails while post-stay emails are only popular among less than half of those surveyed. See the full survey results below. and for an in-depth explanation head to our blog post.
