ITH Hostels and Eco Lodging operates 9 different properties throughout the United States including hostels and vacation rentals. James and Bobby founded ITH Hostels with the goal to provide guests with the best possible budget accommodation and provide guests the ultimate experience. The International Travelers House concept was created for travelers allowing them to meet and experience other cultures from around the world all under the same roof.

They have grown to become a premium backpacker hostel with first class hostel amenities and staffed by local champions who know the destinations intimately. Bobby and James continue to grow and have an ambitious vision to expand both domestically and internationally.

Training their staff was key

As they expanded, ITH Hostels wanted a reliable, cloud-based hostel software that would enable them to scale. From the very beginning, they found the Cloudbeds implementation process to be relatively easy with extensive help guides, videos, in-app tooltips and their own Cloudbeds customer coach. Because their staff is largely volunteer-based, training is and will continue to be important to them.
