Town & Country Stowe, located in the shadow of Mount Mansfield, Vermont, is a modern mountain motel perfect for guests looking to explore the area’s backcountry. The motel offers the comforts of modern civilization with newly renovated rooms and healthy dining options. It sits on over 10 acres of land with a private riverfront beach and direct access to the Stowe Recreation Path.

The challenge

A tight labor market required increased operational efficiency

Edwin Bitter, General Partner and Asset Manager at Town & Country Stowe, faced firsthand the challenges of the post-covid labor market in finding qualified staff. His team was running their own search engine optimization (SEO) and Google Adwords strategy but needed to hire an in-house marketer or outsource the work to take their marketing efforts to the next level.
