Based on that number alone, that&#8217;s exactly what I&#8217;d say. I&#8217;m a glass-half-full guy. Record flights, record demand, everybody&#8217;s moving again.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"margin: 0; margin-bottom: 16px;\">Then, I looked at the entire data set. Global passenger demand fell in May for the second month in a row. Forward bookings for the back half of the year are running behind last year. Conflict in the Middle East. A Europe that&#8217;s melting. Now those commercial flights tell a completely different story.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"margin: 0; margin-bottom: 16px;\">Sometimes your instinct tells you what&#8217;s going on, and sometimes only the data does. You need both.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"margin: 0; margin-bottom: 16px;\">Every hotelier running a business at scale is making that same call, every day, on numbers that arrived without the rest of the picture attached. Occupancy is up &mdash; is that pricing working, or is it a comp set that blinked? ADR moved &mdash; is that your revenue team or your channel mix?
