How long does the implementation process take?

Most of our properties are fully implemented within 2-3 weeks. The implementation speed primarily depends on how quickly you can provide and review all of the required property information including rooms, rates, taxes and future reservations (for correct availability).

Can you set up my channels (create/configure OTA Extranets)?

Due to channel policies and third-party access restrictions, we are unable to create/configure OTA accounts for you. Instead, we will be guiding you through all the steps of the connection.

How long does it take to connect my OTA accounts to Cloudbeds?

After you start the connection process, most OTAs take around 24 hours to authorize the connection (weekdays). However, some OTAs can take up to one week to confirm authorization.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is based on your property’s size and the services you select. Talk to your local market manager for a custom quote.

What languages are supported?

The Cloudbeds platform and customer support are currently available in 3 languages: English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Can I go live on Friday or over the weekend?

We strongly recommend that customers go live Monday – Thursday. Your Implementation Coach will be available to answer any questions and help to mediate the communication with the OTAs if required (some channels have reduced operation over weekends).

Will you import future and past reservations?

Cloudbeds offers a paid reservation import, subject to availability and type of data.
