Every month, we take suggestions from customers on how to improve our product. For August, we’ve got a number of updates ready to share with you and elevate your Cloudbeds experience. As always, we appreciate your feedback!

  • Add payments in one simple step for any item or service. Instead of adding items to the folio and then collecting payment, you can now do both at the same time. Simply add the item and select payment type.
  • Add seasonal pricing for additional guests. Properties can now specify a different price for each adult and child on a day-by-day basis. Now you can change the per-person rate change for any given day or time period i.e. different seasons, weekends, holidays, etc.
  • There is now an availability calendar on the mybookings booking engine. Now individuals can search for when particular room types are available. If someone searches for a particular room type that does not have availability, the calendar will automatically pop up.
  • We’re speedier than ever. We made several changes to the back-end that result in faster load speeds.
