This month, Cloudbeds completed some handy updates and optimized workflow improvements, including a better calendar design for shared inventory, a fresh new “smart date” feature, and more. Check out all of our latest upgrades below.

Payment Collect Options for Traveloka and Ingoibibo  

Cloudbeds now gives you two Payment Collect options for Traveloka and Ingobibo so you can easily keep track of reservation payments made through these channels. With this update, users will be able to view whether guest payments were made directly to the hotel or collected by the channel. The user can also set up different taxes, fees, commissions, and payment methods.

Improved Calendar Design for Properties Using Shared Inventory

Shared inventory helps make hotel inventory more dynamic — but it can get confusing when your calendar is fully booked up. This design improvement helps any property using shared inventory easily manage its calendars and room assignments.

New “Smart Date” in Folio

In the Cloudbeds folio, payments or refunds that are processed will be timestamped with the current time using the new “Smart Date” feature. Users can uncheck the Smart Date box when marking credit card payments from the past.

View PDF Documents in a new browser tab

No more waiting for invoices to download only to open the file in a new window. Now when you click a PDF document in Cloudbeds it’ll open in a new tab for easier access.
