Upcoming changes to Cloudbeds’ Privacy Policy and Terms of Service

As you may have heard, new data protection laws are being enacted throughout the world (including the GDPR in Europe). At Cloudbeds, we fully support data protection initiatives like the GDPR and Privacy Shield. That’s why Cloudbeds is hard at work improving our policies and systems to ensure that your data, as well as your guest’s data, are secure.

To this end, beginning May 25, 2018, Cloudbeds’ new Privacy Policy and Terms of Service will go into effect. A summary of the upcoming changes are outlined below.

Summary of Changes

  • Adding additional disclosures and customer requirements to meet updated regulations including regarding Privacy and the GDPR directive
  • Descriptions of how we empower our customers to maintain compliance with these new standards
  • Information regarding Cloudbeds’ data practices and how they protect you

The new Privacy Policy and Terms of Service will be published prior to May 25, 2018. You will receive another email with these changes prior to that date.
