As an Data Import Coach, you will support the execution of assisting. our customers in transferring data from their previous system to Cloudbeds seamlessly, allowing for an efficient setup completion and a live platform ready to use with their operations.

Location: Remote with a preference for candidates located in Latin America, Mexico, or Brazil

What You Will Do:

  • Organize, track, and execute data imports for Cloudbeds customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide customer assistance through Zoom calls and Zendesk tickets, ensuring customers are well-informed and confident in following the data import processes. 
  • Communicate pertinent details of each customer's data import to co-teams such as Sales and Onboarding, fostering collaboration and adhering to established timelines.
  • Collect valuable product, process, and customer feedback, sharing insights with internal teams for continuous improvement.
  • Organize and manage intradepartmental workflows, specifically addressing key account concerns and areas of opportunity.

You’ll Succeed With:

  • Property Management Expertise: Prior experience with Property Management System Software.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrated customer service experience.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in problem-solving and troubleshooting.
  • Data Proficiency: Solid understanding of data management principles.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets, experience with file conversion tools, and basic knowledge of remote desktop applications.
  • Multitasking Abilities: Capability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Resilience: Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Collaborative Nature: Familiarity in communicating effectively with co-teams such as Onboarding, Sales, Support
  • Language Skills: Excellent English communication and writing skills; proficiency in Spanish (verbal and written) is preferred.
  • Technology Proficiency: Proficient with computers and cloud-based systems.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail is a must.
  • Internet Connection: Reliable and high-speed internet connection.
  • External: Relevant experience of 1+ years.
  • Candidates must be able to work between the hours of: 1PM - 12AM UTC
