Maximizing hotel revenue through reviews

As researchers show, reviews are a decisive factor in booking a hotel and one of the first things travelers look at when considering an accommodation. A good hotel reputation attracts more travelers and increases revenue (also referred to as reputation pricing). According to Cornell University, a one-point increase in a hotel’s Global Review Index (GRI) can lead to a 0.89% increase in Average Daily Rate (ADR).
