AI that goes beyond giving answers to taking action (e.g., booking a hotel or planning a trip). 

Average Position

The mean ranking position a hotel appears at when itโ€™s included in AI-generated responses.

Average Rank

The average position a hotel appears in AI-generated recommendations across multiple searches.

Citation

A link (URL) that the AI includes as a source when recommending hotels.

Detection Rate

How frequently a hotel is detected or mentioned by AI chatbots in response to user queries.

Digital Footprint

A hotelโ€™s overall online presence across websites, social media, OTAs, blogs, forums, and video platforms.

Domain

The main website address where a citation comes from.

GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)

The process of improving visibility in AI-generated results by optimizing content and citations across trusted online sources.

Mention

Each time a citation URL appears in an AI-generated response. One URL can have many mentions if it shows up in multiple results.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

The process of optimizing online content so it ranks higher in traditional search engines. 

Sentiment Keywords

Common words and phrases that shape the overall tone of AI-generated responses about a property, influencing how itโ€™s perceived.

Sentiment Score

Numerical rating (0โ€“100) reflecting the overall tone of AI-generated content about the property, based on available online information.

Source URL

The full web address (link) of a page where information comes from.

Unique Citations

Total number of distinct source URLs (like blogs, OTAs, forums) mentioning a hotel.

Visibility Score

How often and how highly your brand appears in AI-generated search results. It combines detection rate (frequency) and average rank (position).
