Seamless Multi-Reservation Access Now on Kiosks in Cloudbeds Guest Experience

Our latest update to the Kiosk login flow makes checking in for multiple stays faster and more intuitive than ever.

The “One-and-Done” Kiosk Experience
Previously, guests with multiple reservations had to restart the login process from scratch for every booking. We’ve replaced that friction with a streamlined interface designed for speed:

  • Unified Access: Guests log in once at the Kiosk to view all associated reservations in a single view.
  • Smart Selection: A new screen allows guests to choose their priority reservation immediately.
  • The “Jump” Feature: Once one check-in is complete, the Kiosk prompts the guest to select their next reservation—no logout required.

This update slashes Kiosk wait times and prevents lobby bottlenecks, ensuring your multi-stay guests spend less time at a screen and more time enjoying their stay.

Access Guest Messaging and reviews for Airbnb and Expedia through third-party channel managers

We have made a significant enhancement to Cloudbeds’ integration capabilities: properties can now leverage Guest Experience Messaging and Reviews for Airbnb and Expedia, even when these channels are connected through third-party Channel Managers or CRSs such as SiteMinder, iHotelier, Hospitality Solutions, STAAH and others.

Previously, Guest Engagement messaging and Reputation functionality was limited to properties with direct API connections to Airbnb and Expedia through the Cloudbeds Channel Manager. This update removes that limitation, allowing you to maintain your preferred distribution setup while still benefiting from Cloudbeds Guest Experience´s unified communication and Review management tool.
