ENHANCEMENT

Cartes Bancaires Network Choice Now Available for EEA Properties

We’ve enhanced the payment experience for guests using Cartes Bancaires cards! Since over 95% of Cartes Bancaires cards are co-branded with Visa or Mastercard, EEA regulations require that guests be given the option to choose their preferred network at checkout.

Cloudbeds now supports network selection for Cartes Bancaires cardholders booking or paying at Cloudbeds Payments-enabled properties based in the EEA. This update applies to guest-facing payment pages, including the Booking Engine and Pay-by-Link, helping you stay compliant while offering a more transparent and flexible payment experience.

It’s never been easier to adjust check-out dates and prices for Booking.com reservations. Changes will be automatically synchronized with Booking.com and reflected in the extranet, ensuring seamless updates.
This enhancement streamlines booking management, reduces manual effort, and minimizes compliance risks, giving you greater flexibility and control over your reservations.

You can now cancel Airbnb reservations directly inside Cloudbeds

You no longer need to cancel reservations manually in Airbnb’s extranet! This feature streamlines operations by reducing manual work, minimizing errors, and ensuring cancellations are processed efficiently—all within Cloudbeds. Just select a cancellation reason, add notes for guests and Airbnb, and view any applicable penalties before confirming the cancellation.

NEW FEATURE

New update for Booking.com customers

You can now report invalid credit cards and send cancellation requests for reservations directly within Cloudbeds for Booking.com reservations. There is no longer a need to navigate to the Booking.com extranet to manage these actions, which would cause inefficiencies, delays, and potential revenue loss. Now, just mark a credit card as invalid, notify Booking.com instantly, and—if unresolved—cancel the reservation based on Booking.com’s rules, all within Cloudbeds.
