More control when you handle payments manually
When your team adds a payment, issues a refund, voids a payment, cancels a scheduled payment, or charges a new item, Smart Policy automatically steps aside. You’ll see exactly which scheduled payments will be canceled before you confirm, with no automatic refunds or unexpected charges.

Cancellation and no-show fees, handled automatically
For reservations using Smart Policies, cancellation and no-show fees are now posted directly to the folio when a reservation is canceled or marked as a no-show. Applicable taxes and fees are included, multi-room fees are split by room, and the revenue is clearly classified separately from stay revenue in your reports.

Cancellation policies, now visible to guests
Guests can now see your cancellation policy directly in the Guest Experience Guest Portal before canceling. Refundability, deposit requirements, and cancellation terms are shown in the guest’s language using the same policy wording they see across their booking journey.
