Our story

Hospitality deserved better. So we built it.

In 2012, Cloudbeds began as a “back-of-the-napkin” idea while on the road. Our founders, Adam and Richard, were avid travelers who kept encountering the same problem of incredible hoteliers doing everything right, yet still being let down by their tech.

So they built Cloudbeds on a simple belief that hoteliers deserve better. Not just better software, but a better way that puts power back in the hands of those who make travel unforgettable.

From day one, we’ve been driven to cut through the complexity and give hoteliers something they rarely get from tech: momentum. Because when hoteliers have momentum, everything else follows — smoother days, stronger teams, and guests who can’t wait to return.
