Enable on-site booking with our complete embed library. Guests can browse and book directly on your website—no redirects, less friction, more completed bookings.

This is the first release of the Embed Suite. Early customers get access with a 1% commission rate, applied only to reservations booked through embeds.

Premium Embed Library – Terms & Conditions (in a scroll view)

By enabling or using the Premium Embed Library (“Embed Suite”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any applicable Cloudbeds master agreement or platform terms.

1. Premium Feature
 The Embed Suite is a paid, premium Cloudbeds feature that provides access to booking embeds and modals for use on websites or other owned digital properties.

2. Source Tracking Authorization
 You authorize Cloudbeds to track reservation sources for all bookings generated through embeds. Reservations identified as embed-sourced will be attributed to the Embed Suite.

3. Commission
 A 1% commission applies to the total value of reservations where the Embed Suite is identified as the originating booking source. No commission applies to non-embed reservations.

4. Billing & Payment
 Embed-sourced commissions are calculated and billed monthly using the active billing method on file. You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information.

5. Reporting & Disputes
 Embed-sourced reservations and commissions will appear in account reporting. Disputes must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the billing date. Charges not disputed within this period are considered accepted.

6. Disabling the Embed Suite
 The Embed Suite may be disabled only by contacting Cloudbeds Support. Disabling prevents future tracking; commissions incurred prior to deactivation remain payable.

Modifications
 Cloudbeds may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Embed Suite or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
