What is the Cloudbeds Ambassador program?

A Cloudbeds Ambassador is someone who signs up for our referral program and spreads the word about Cloudbeds using their unique share link. We award our Ambassadors with a $200 Visa gift card for each referral that makes their first payment for a Cloudbeds all-in-one package (Essentials, Plus, Premier, or Enterprise). The person who was referred also receives a $50 credit that can be applied to their Cloudbeds’ account.

What types of properties would be interested in Cloudbeds?

Cloudbeds is for any type of accommodation seeking to drive more reservations and happier guests. Our modern, all-in-one platform powers thousands of hotels, hostels, vacation rentals, B&Bs, and other accommodations worldwide.

What is a share link?

A share link is a unique trackable url assigned to each Ambassador. When someone clicks on your share link, they’ll be taken to a Cloudbeds landing page where they can sign up to request a demo of the Cloudbeds software. An Ambassador must use their unique share link to get credit for their referral.

When does an Ambassador receive $200?

An Ambassador is eligible for the reward when their referral makes their first payment for a Cloudbeds all-in-one package (Essentials, Plus, Premier, or Enterprise). Awards are reviewed approved at the end of each month and are subject to referral guidelines and policies outlined here.

How is the $200 sent to the Ambassador?

Ambassadors will receive email instructions to redeem a $200 virtual Visa gift card. Please note virtual gift cards are administered by Tango Card so it is not possible for Cloudbeds to troubleshoot any issues! Please visit here if you are having any issues.

How does the Ambassador’s referral receive the $50 credit?

A credit will be applied to your referral’s account. Please note the credit is typically applied on their second payment to Cloudbeds, the credit will not be applied to their first Cloudbeds payment.

How do I track my rewards?

The Ambassador Portal allows you to view earned and pending commissions, access your unique share link, and more. Login here.

What happens if my referral doesn’t use my share link?

The only way for us to reliably track a referral is through your unique share link. Because of this, if a referral does not use the share link you are not eligible to receive the referral commission. This policy was made to keep the Cloudbeds Ambassador Program as fair and reliable as possible.
