E-invoicing

Poland has no current e-invoicing mandates. There will be a requirement for electronic invoicing to be submitted via the Electronic invoicing system KSeF (Krajowy System e-Faktur) for B2B invoices only. We understand that B2C invoicing will be excluded from this requirement. This means that invoicing for individual guests will not fall under this requirement but invoiced to companies will.
