The Belgian government does not have a current e-invoicing requirement for hotels. At the moment it only exists for the restaurant sector.
Statistical Reporting
Current Mandates
The Belgium Statistics report is a report that must be uploaded to Statistics Belgium (Statbel) on a monthly basis. The report consists of data for each reservation that was in-house during the month, including purpose of voyage, number of people that arrived, number of overnight stays, the region in Belgium where the hotel is located and the type of accommodation that the guests were staying in.
Guest Reporting
Current Mandates
The Belgian tourist board requires a report to be sent to them per property. There is no direct integration for this through Cloudbeds; however, each property can manually share this information with the Belgian tourist board platform.
